"In 10 sessions you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions you will see the difference. And in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."

How Often Should I Do Pilates ?
This is a very common question when starting Pilates. The answer depends on what your goals are and what kind of results you want. If you want to relieve stress and minor pain, then one or two sessions will work for you. However, if you want your best body possible, or want to get back into shape from having an injury or a baby, or are looking for a total body transformation, then make the commitment to take Pilates 2-3 times a week. Trust us, it is worth it.
Online or In-Studio Classes ?
Students can continue their Pilates practice when they are unable to attend a lesson or class at the Mogo studio. Mogo Pilates offers private lessons via Zoom (or similar application) with a Certified Pilates Teacher creating and teaching a lesson to the student. The student must provide the appropriate technology (computer is preferred but a smart phone or tablet can also work and high-speed internet). To schedule a Zoom lesson, please contact Mogo for available times. Mogo Pilates offers both group classes and private lessons. New students are encouraged to take at least one private lesson prior to beginning a group class to ensure safety and proper level recommendation.
Private Lessons
Privates (Email to Schedule)
Private sessions involve both apparatus and mat work. The teacher develops a customized system of exercises based on your needs and goals.
Each new client is encouraged to schedule at least one private lesson prior to joining any group classes so that the teacher can observe ability, recommend level of exercise, and promote safety for other clients.
Pricing for Privates
Private Sessions:
Single Private Session: $110
Ten Session Package: $950 (good for 6months from date of purchase)
Cancellation Policy
Client is asked to give at least 24 hour notice prior to canceling a lesson or missing a group class. Failure to give such notice will require the full payment for the lesson or class to Mogo Pilates. This will allow for other clients to fill the spot and create mutual respect. In case of teacher illness or emergency, we will attempt to substitute your instructor. We will try to notify you immediately if class or lesson needs to be rescheduled.
